Our CC&R’s state that homeowners are responsible for maintaining and keeping in good order the condition and repair of their lot and the landscaping of their lot. Furthermore, no owner shall remove or otherwise materially alter any shrub or tree or may any material changes in landscaping without first obtaining written consent of the Architectural Review Committee. The form to obtain this consent can be found by clicking here. Remember when submitting the form that you must also provide the HOA with two copies of the plans (or a sketch) for the proposed construction or landscaping project.
